By accessing or using SkyBase Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
Limitation of liability
SkyBase Wellness is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
